A thrift store straw safari hat, covered with brocade and straw thrift store placemats. A collection of found objects forms the ‘insignia’ on the front, an antique drawer pull serves as the top finial.

The fact that it’s a pith helmet still makes me a bit uncomfortable, but the subversion is delicious.
